Vet visit

Emmie and I took Tucker to the vet today, and the poor guy threw up once on the way there and a whole lot on the way home. He got his puppy check though, and he's a super healthy puppy :)

Play day

Peyton had a great play day today with Mable and Tucker. They played in the snow a lot, wrestled in the house, ate treats, and took nice naps together.





We went for a drive last night to look at Christmas lights before people start taking them down. I hope you can see this picture, it was great. The house on the right was all decorated and festive. The house to the left of it has a lit up sign that said “Ditto”. Peyton was asleep for these houses.



She wasn't much entertainment after a big day!

Snow!

We got over a foot of snow in the last couple days, and this was Peyton's first "big snow". She's pretty used to the ice, but snow of this caliber was a new thing!










I think she realized that her feet were cold, so she used her volleyball to get out of the snow.



She found a pine cone and played with it for a good half hour.

Peyton

This is a blog about Peyton. She is a black and tan puggle who is now just over one year old. She loves to play and chase anything moves. Her laser pointer, or “dot”, is her favorite toy, and she is absolutely OBSESSED with it. She’ll do about anything for food, and she’s an energetic and very loving dog.

Since it’s been about a year since I’ve had her I thought I would start out with some older pictures of Peyton as a puppy. I’ll add more throughout


She would thoughtfully curl up on my face and sleep as sound as a rock. Even now at 25 pounds she still finds herself curled up on faces to sleep. When I’m at my parents house she always seems to find my mom’s face to take a little nap on.


I don't think either of them mind much. :)


Peyton LOVES auntie Em. Emmie’s fingers were the only ones she was aloud to chew on, and she definitely took advantage of that! Emmie has a new dog, Tucker, and her parents have a miniature Yorkie. They play so hard when they are together..
